Simple Green Goddess Sandwich

"Are you looking for a simple but healthy sandwich? This Green Goddess Sandwich on whole grain bread is for you. It is light and so healthy! The best meal on these hot summer days! It is loaded with tons of veggies, a slice of provolone and black pepper aioli slathered on the bread. I am telling you, this sandwich has it all! I baked my bread, but this time of year I purchase a lot more bread than I make myself. So, whichever way you prefer, go for it. If you are looking to bake your own, I have a few suggestions- this Oatmeal Bread is awesome. Once you have decided on bread, which is a really important part of the sandwich, let's get to the filling. I basically grabbed all the green veggies I had on hand and went for it. "
