"I love simple plates of pasta like this Chicken Sausage Pasta for any time of the year. This pasta is filled with not only chicken sausage but zucchini, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts. A perfect spring combination of flavors. To keep the calories and fat down, we love using chicken sausage, and to keep on budget, a little goes a long way with a simple pasta like this one. Find pine nuts to be not in the budget. Then add in any nuts or simply omit and garnish with a bit more fresh parsley."
