Vintage Grape Salad

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans

We've been enjoying the vintage recipe trend lately, and we're so glad that it's bringing recipes like this one back (or maybe it never left?)! Even though you could argue that grapes don't need to be dressed up, we certainly love the creamy, tangy topping in this recipe. It transforms one of our favorite fruits into a dessert or side dish that everyone will remember.
Remove grapes from their stems ad place in a large bowl.
With a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended.
Pour over the grapes and fold together to coat.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
