Here we have a cool pan style banana cake with the final touch of an icing on top, along with banana slices and cinnamon rolls. The cake is easy to make and tastes light and fluffy, an ideal dessert recipe after a nice sunday lunch at home. Equipment you will need: 1. Whiskers 2. Big Bowl 3. 22 cm Cake Pan 4. Electric Mixer You will be making it again, again and again! Definitely the best cake you will taste!"

  • 3 cups of Butter
  • 3 cups of Brown sugar
  • 2 Large egss
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1 of Icing Sugar
  • 1 cup of natural yoghurt
  1. Start by preheating your oven to 325º F

  2. In a mixing bowl whisk the flour, baking powder and a pinch of sea salt. Set aside

  3. In another bowl, peel the bananas and mash them. Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, yoghurt and vanilla

  4. Add the flour mix and whisk until even

  5. Bake in a greased 22 cm cake pan for 40-45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Cool down before decorate

  6. For the icing, use the electric mixer to beat the sugar, butter and cinnamon until fluffy
