"Yes beetroot in a cake. I know some people just can’t wrap their head around it… How do you think that the classic red velvet cake is made? Food for thought huh? This recipe makes great use of dark chocolate and pureed beetroots. I am sure that this cake recipe is going to make the rounds in your friend circle. The cake is super moist. When I make this cake and kids are around, let me tell you it just disappears, and they always ask for more."
