Cooking Time12 min

  • 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1 container PB Crave Razzle Dazzle Peanut Butter (or any peanut butter)
  • mini chocolate chips, for garnish
  • raspberries, for garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the brownie batter, as directed on the package.

  3. Generously spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill about 3/4 of the way.

  4. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until they’re just cooked through.

  5. While they’re warm, use a handle, or your thumb to gently create an indentation for the peanut butter. Do not go all the way through the brownie.

  6. Let the brownies cool in the pan. Pop each brownie out of the tin.

  7. Fill the indentation with a scoop of peanut butter and top with some mini chocolate chips (or a raspberry).

Who doesn't love a puddle of peanut butter smack dab in the middle of the dessert? I think my kids will have fun with this treat because of how gooey and fun it is. It looks like something you would find at a party. I know I would be grabbing one off from the tray as it went by if I were at a party and this dessert was being served.

Well this looks like a great recipe for when my daughter comes home from college for spring break this week! She is a huge peanut butter cup fan and I think she'll like this. Has anyone tried these with chunky peanut butter? I feel like that would be delicious also. Does anyone have a good trick for getting the brownie cups out of the muffin tin? I typically have to fight with cookie cups when I'm making that type of recipe.

These look really good... however, I don't like the word "Puddle" in the recipe title. Just my two cents. To the commenter below - I'm guessing it's just a regular sized jar of peanut butter.

this sounds promising, but I have no idea how much peanut butter to use. How many ounces is that container of peanut butter?
