Mushroom Bolognese Sauce

- 2 cups Mushroom
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 (28-ounce) can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
In a large, heated skillet, combine broccoli, cauliflower, and a little bit of water. Cover and allow to reach desired softness.
Next, add bell peppers and mushrooms. Stir to combine ingredients, then top with liquid aminos. Season vegetables with garlic and ginger.
If desired, add more liquid aminos at this time. When done, remove from heat and serve.
