Very Easy Stuffing


  • 7 cups stale bread
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups brandy
  • 3 cups diced tart apples
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chopped onion, optional


for 12 cups. Soak the bread in the brandy for about 10 minutes. Press out any excess. Combine all the other ingredients with the bread Stuff the bird or casserole bake.
