1 can pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons heavy cream
5 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
pinch of cloves

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
With an electric hand mixer, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

I always thought it was kinda funny how I've never been a fan of pumpkin pie per se, but I love making pumpkin empanadas, bread or muffins. This recipe would be wonderful for pumpkin ravioli and I'm such a fan I'd definitely have to make up a bunch to freeze and have on hand. Fall is almost here and nothing smells better than the aroma of pumpkin spice in your home...yum!
