- 5 eggs
- 4 or 5 large potatoes
- 1 onion
First peel the potatoes and cut into slices, fry them with the onion until they are crispy. Beet the eggs Take out all the oil of the potatoes mix them with the eggs. Pour a little of oil in the pan and put the mixture of eggs and potatoes into the pan. Don't let it cook too much and with a plate turn it over so it can be cooked on the other side.
