Gazpacho
Ingredients
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- 1 large cucumbers
- 1 1/2 peppers
- 1 large green onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- handfull basil, parsley, dill (use less if dried)
- 10+ dashes tobasco sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil (canola or olive)
- 42 ounces can tomatoe juice
Instructions
Dice vegetables very small and add rest of ingredients. Let sit at least 24 hours; ages well.
