- 4 or 5 medium-size potatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tsps mustard
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Serves 4 - 6.. Peel potatoes and cut into medium-size cubes. Fry for a while in warm oil, then in very hot oil to brown them. Drain potatoes and sprinkle with salt. Heat tomato sauce over medium heat; add mustard and Tabasco, mixing well. Spread sauce over potatoes and serve.
