Spicy Smothered Bacon Cabbage

- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 pack of bacon, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
In a large skillet, add bacon and cook until just beginning to get crispy. Add bell pepper, onion, and spices and mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the veggies are tender.
Add cabbage and broth. Cook about 20 minutes, cabbage will wilt and become translucent. Add apple cider vinegar and cook 5 minutes more.
