AIP Carrot Fries Recipe with Coconut and Cinnamon

But fries don’t have to be off the table… 7 Types of AIP Fries It’s actually pretty easy to make AIP fries. You can use a variety of vegetables like the following: Carrots Parsnips Swedes Zucchini Sweet Potato or Yam Yuca Celery Root Just cut into “fries” and then toss with salt and some form of AIP-friendly cooking oil (like olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, lard, tallow). Then bake on high heat until crispy to your liking. "
