"Caprese is a really popular flavor. Usually, it's mozzarella cheese, tomato, and basil. This Caprese Grilled Cheese has all three of those flavors. But, instead of basil, it uses basil pesto. It's a great twist on a classic sandwich, especially if you're a fan of a caprese salad. It pairs really well with a thick soup, like a tomato soup, or it can be enjoyed on its own or with a salad. Either way, it's perfect."
