"Red Beans and Rice is a classic Creole dish and is one you'll want to make not just during Carnival season leading up to Mardis Gras, but all year long. Our version is quick and easy because it uses canned red beans rather than dried, but it tastes just as good, if not better than the one from Popeyes! It's a hearty dish that can be made even heartier by the addition of spicy andiouille sausage, but is equally divine as a vegetarian dish."
