Noodle Pudding


  • 1/2 pound wide noodles
  • 1/8 pound butter (slightly melted)
  • 1/4 pound cottage cheese
  • 1/4 pound American cheese (slightly melted)
  • 1/4 pound cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • crushed cornflakes and butter (optional) for the top


Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain and add all ingredients (except for topping). Mix by hand. Put in greased pan and top with cornflakes and melted butter (if you'd like). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
