Homemade Banana Pudding


  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3 1/2 ounces pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c whipping cream, whipped
  • 36 vanilla wafers
  • 3 bananas


Combine condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 1/3 of pudding mix into bottom of a 2 1/2 quart glass serving dish. Layer bananas and cookies over. Continue layering until pudding is used up. Chill thoroughly. Vary it by using maccaroons and shredded coconut instead of bananas.
