Ingredients

  • 1 pound Extra Large Raw Shrimp
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 pound Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Run under cool water to stop the cooking and set aside.

  2. Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
