- 14 Lasagna Noodles
- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1 pound Sweet Italian Sausage
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 56 ounces Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- 15 ounce Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage together. Drain and set aside to cool.
