This is a particularly good gnocchi recipe! The garlic and parmesan bring the winning flavors to the dish and the cream rounds it all off beautifully. It is also not at all difficult or time consuming to make so it really is an all round winner! My advice is to make a double quantity so that you won't be left wanting more like we were.

This looks splendid. We like gnocchi and we probably should make it more often than we do. After all, it takes the same time to prepare as pasta, and it gives a different taste and quality to the meal. I'd be tempted to add some ground beef or thin steak strips to go along with the mushrooms. I agree that the combination of garlic and Parmesan is just about perfect.

You simply can not go wrong with a good garlic parmesan dish. This Garlic Parmesan Gnocchi recipe adds the additional richness of heavy cream and mushrooms, just to give your taste buds a real treat. This is such a simple straight forward recipe. It is quick and easy to make, and delivers great flavor.
