Old Fashioned Chocolate Mint Soda

It may sound crazy adding seltzer water and milk to the same drink, but don't knock this old fashioned fountain beverage coming from Jessica at Mad in Crafts until you've tried it. Add a straw and slurp away at this wonderful drink recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate-Chocolate Mint Syrup
- 2 tablespoons milk or half and half
- 4 ounces seltzer water
- mint chocolate chip ice cream, to taste
Instructions

In a tall glass, mix together syrup and milk.

Slowly add seltzer water, filling the glass 2/3 full.

Carefully place one scoop of ice cream on the rim of the glass. Enjoy!
