I love a good meatball recipe but I am wondering if these come out a bit dry since there's no egg or milk in the recipe? Has anyone tried this yet? The bread crumb amount does seem a bit high but I'd be willing to give these a try just to make something different. I'm so tired of the same rotation we have going here. I'd like to change things up a bit for dinner. Can anyone recommend a good bolognese sauce recipe? Might as well try two new things at once! Of course my family might die of shock at that thought lol!!!

I was also surprised at the amount of breadcrumbs used for this. Usually it's half a cup or less to a pound of ground beef. I was also surprised at the lack of a egg since that's another common ingredient when making meatballs. It still sounds like a good recipe and I look forward to making a batch of these and seeing how they taste.

These call for more breadcrumbs than I am used to. It is also the perfect meatball recipe for anyone with an egg allergy. Most meatball recipes I have seen have an egg, but not this. I have never had a meatball I didn't like and this is no exception. I think it is the Parmesan cheese that makes these taste so good.

I can't wait to make this meatball recipe. We love meatballs so much that we have this in our menu once a week. We would always serve our meatballs with soup, noodles, green onion leaves, and green leafy vegetable. Aside from marinara sauce, Grandma's Secret Meatball Recipe would also taste heavenly with a simple spaghetti meat sauce or bolognese sauce.
