Triple 6 Icing

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons hot strong coffee
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound sifted powdered sugar

Instructions

Blend coffee, butter and cocoa. Cool. Add vanilla. Add sifted powdered sugar gradually. Add a little milk if too thick. Spread on cake. Note: This makes a large batch.
