"These Norwegian potato Klubb Dumplings are so tasty, filling, and a great way to celebrate Scandinavia during the holidays or anytime. Whether it is a holiday tradition or a weeknight meal, these pork-filled dumplings are worth the effort. The outer dumpling is a potato flour mixture that is then traditionally wrapped around a piece of meat, usually salted pork of some sort, and then slowly simmered. It is then served with butter.
