• 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 eggs


Blend all ingredients in blender. heat pan to Med-High. Lightly coat pan with oil. Place enough batter in pan so that with a little wrist-action, the batter spreads thin like a crepe. Let fry on one side a couple minutes or until done, then turn and cook the other side. Remove from pan and start another, then stack them on a plate til the last Panakuchen is done. Sprinkle generously with Cinnamon-Sugar mix and roll up the Panakuchen. The proper way to hold the Panakuchen is to drape it over the thumb, under the next three fingers and over the little finger.
