S'mores are a must when summertime rolls around. But we think that this delicious flavor combination has so much potential. There's no reason to stop with the traditional campfire treat!
That's where this indulgent s'mores milkshake comes in. This irresistible dessert takes everything that you love about s'mores and transforms it into a dreamy ice cream treat. Pick your favorite type of chocolate ice cream and blend it up with crisp, toasty marshmallows for a warm weather treat that you'll make again and again.
It's perfect for any day of the week, but we especially enjoy it on special occasions like backyard parties and birthdays.
- 1 container chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 20 large marshmallows, toasted
- Graham cracker crumbs for topping (optional)
S'Mores Milkshake Recipe
Turn oven on broil and let it heat up for two minutes.
Place 15 marshmallows on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Broil the marshmallows until the tops are just lightly toasted, about 30 seconds.
Once marshmallows are toasted, scoop ice cream into blender, pour in the milk and add the toasted marshmallows, reserving a few to top your milkshakes with.
Blend until completely smooth.
Drizzle inside of cup with chocolate sauce.
Pour in milkshake and top with an extra marshmallow and drizzle with more chocolate sauce.
Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs and serve!
