Homemade Fruit Ice Cream
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! We love ice cream any time of year, and there's no reason to go out and buy it when you can make tasty ice cream recipes in your own home. Homemade Fruit Ice Cream has a delicious fruity all-natural taste that the kids will love. Ready in minutes, the only thing you need to avoid is a brain freeze.
Cooking MethodNo Bake
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango or any kind of frozen soft fruits you have, or frozen berries
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In blender mix fruits, vanilla with ½ cup of whipping cream. Blend until it’s hard to blend and then add a little bit more cream to loosen it up.
Blend until the ice cream is very smooth. Then transfer it to air tight container and freeze for at least 25 minutes.
If you like your ice-cream soft freeze it for 25 minutes, if you like your ice-cream more frozen freeze it until it gets to desired consistency.

Can I use another fruit besides mango and banana? My daughter is allergic to both. I have seen ice cream recipes out there that call for Cool Whip, but I think you have to use something else with the ingredients. I guess a yogurt might work for this idea, but I am not sure how the consistency would come out.
