- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 2 tablespoons Minced Shallots
- 2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Diced Green Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
In a large heavy bottomed skillet, melt the butter then add the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, and shallots and saute until onion is translucent.
