- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Vegetable Oil
Line a baking sheet with paper towel, then add a wire rack on top.
To make the sauce, in a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Asian sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.
