This is one more item I can cross of my shopping list. I usually buy those expensive bags of seasoned flours for all my my meats and now that I can make my own I will be saving a little money to use elsewhere. Why didn't I think of that?

This is a new process of preparing chicken for me. I usually just apply seasoning to the chicken, coat with the flour then fry. Maybe I will get different/better results with this recipe.
