"Learn how to make dried lemon peel or lemon zest. You can leave the white part on the peel for dried lemon peel or use just the yellow part for lemon zest. This had directions to make it in an air fryer, dehydrator, or oven. You can then store your dried lemon peel to use in teas or other recipes. It's really good with blueberries and in other desserts to add a hint of real lemon flavor."
