"Another family tradition that I love is holiday baking. It is something that I always enjoyed with my mom. Now, my daughter partakes in the annual Christmas baking extravaganza with me. These Pumpkin Whoopie Pies, are one of my family’s favorite. While they may not be a traditional Christmas cookie, they are just as delicious to eat, especially while trimming our tree. These moist pumpkin cookies are filled with a creamy cream cheese filling. I could seriously just sit down and eat the icing in itself. "
