Easy Apple Pie Dumplings
This fall dessert recipe only has 2 ingredients - which means it's too easy not to try!
Easy Apple Pie Dumplings are such a treat you almost won't be able to wait until they're done baking to dig in! They're also insanely easy to make because they only use 2 ingredients! This is quite literally the easiest dessert recipe of all time. If you have crescent roll dough and apple pie filling taking up space in your kitchen you're already set. If not, make a quick trip to the store and you'll be on your way to some scrumptious dumplings in no time at all. This is the perfect easy dessert to enjoy after a weeknight meal because it's absolutely no fuss!
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1 tube crescent roll dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Set aside.
Open dough, and cut into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
In a large bowl, combine apple pie filling and dough balls.
Pour into prepared baking dish and gently arrange dough balls to the top of the mixture.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until the dough is lightly browned and the insides are cooked.
