  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup mango puree
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin


  1. Pour heavy cream, milk, mango puree, and 1/4 cup sugar into a small saucepan.

  2. Stir to dissolve the sugar on low heat.

  3. The cream should be around 190-200 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract with lemon juice.

  5. Set aside to cool.

  6. Bloom the gelatin according to the package instructions.

  7. Combine the bloomed gelatin to the cooled cream.

  8. Pour the mixture into small glasses and refrigerate until the panna cotta has set.
