Choco Peanut Butter 'Naner Bites
These Choco Peanut Butter 'Naner Bites are seriously one of the easiest dessert recipes you'll ever make. Plus, they're absolutely addicting! - 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 splash vanilla
- 1 bag chocolate chips
Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl. Mash the mixture with a potato masher and blend until well-combined. Scoop onto a parchment-covered baking sheet into 2 to 3 tablespoon piles.
Place sheet into the freezer and freeze for at least 20-30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Dip each banana ball in melted chocolate and replaced on cookie sheet.
Place sheet back into the freezer to harden the chocolate.
