I like adding yogurt to the egg salad recipe. We like pickles in our egg salad, but we don't like celery, I like to make egg salad sandwiches or just use the egg salad as a dip and serve it with crackers. This is a great lunch or appetizer recipe.

I am not exactly sure how replacing some of the mayo with yogurt makes it a healthier take. It would depend on the type of oil the mayo is made with. It is a pretty simple recipe. I don't like pickles in it, so that is never going to make it into my egg salad. The celery and pepper give it a nice crunch. It is a nice make ahead dish for those days you are busy and everyone just eat when they want.
