Easy Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole

Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole is everything that you love about traditional tater tot casserole recipes, but you get the convenience of using your slow cooker. All you have to do is a few minutes of prep, and then you can relax while your house fills with delicious aromas.
We love the traditional flavors in this casserole recipe. You get the creamy ground beef and veggies, fluffy tater tots, and a generous serving of gooey Monterey Jack cheese. - 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound frozen cut green beans
- 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
In a large skillet cook beef over medium-high heat, 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain and transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker.
Add onions and mushroom to skillet; cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender, 8-10 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more.
Stir in condensed soup, salt and pepper. Place mixture in slow cooker; add green beans and stir to combine.
Top with Tater Tots and cheese.
Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours. Let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes before serving.
