Santa's Favorite Peppermint Bark

This easy peppermint bark recipe is bursting with festive minty flavor, and it's so easy to make. You don't even have to turn on the oven in order to prepare this easy Christmas snack.
Addie's peppermint bark uses pretty holiday colors to ensure that this snack looks as good as it tastes. In fact, it is pretty enough to package up for a sweet holiday gift for a friend or coworker. We actually can't think of anyone who wouldn't love to receive a gift of this sweet holiday candy!

- 1 (12-ounce) package of peppermint chocolate melting wafers
- 1 (12 -ounce) package of white chocolate melting wafers
- 1 (12-ounce) package of green melting wafers
- 1 (12-ounce) package of red melting wafers
- 12 candy canes, roughly crushed
- Assorted sprinkles (optional)
Peppermint Bark Recipe
Line a countertop with parchment paper.
Melt peppermint melting wafers and pour on the parchment. Spread 1/8-inch thin. Allow to cool and dry completely.
Melt white, green and red wafers. Pour on top of the hardened peppermint layer and mix to create a marbled appearance.
Cover with chopped peppermints and sprinkles.
Allow to cool completely.
Break into pieces and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
