Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture and coat well. Reserve 1 Tbsp flour mixture.
In a large skillet, heat 3 Tbsp olive oil until hot. Carefully place the breaded chicken in the oil until each side is golden brown. Don't cook all the way through.
Place the chicken breasts on the cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, add garlic and sun dried tomatoes to pan chicken was cooked in. Cook while stirring for about 2-3 minutes. Stir in 1 Tbsp of reserved flour and stir constantly for one minute.
Add the chicken broth and bring to a light simmer while whisking constantly until it starts to thicken (about 3-4 minutes). Add heavy cream and continue to simmer until the mixture thickens even more. Add the spinach and continue to cook until spinach starts to wilt. Top with breaded chicken, serve with pasta and spoon more of the sauce on top. Enjoy!

I really hate it when I feel people write recipes slapdash without double and even triple checking their work I made this last night First I had printed off the recipe a few days ago It said in the ingredient list TBS of olive oil Later in the instructions it said to add the butter There had been no butter listed I checked other recipes and saw that most were TBS olive oil and TBS butter Now I see that it has been corrected As another poster pointed out also incorrect is the chicken stock an ittem NOT listed in the ingredients Suddenly it just says to add it with no amounts listed Again I looked up other recipes and guessed it should be cup It did work Just makes me angry to have to stop cooking to go in and try to find the amounts somewhere else Busy people don't…Read More have time for that and the writer needs to keep in mind that people are investing their time and their money to have the recipe not turn out Ina Garten checks and rechecks her recipes and you never find any that are inaccurate Take a page from her book

That's why you are suppose to read the recipe TWICE prior to making it!!! Duh....no brainer!! ust sayin'

I don't think you were being kind to say that DUH! you need to read a recipe twice. That is unkind. However I do think that it a good idea to gather the ingredients and look at the directions stated to have everything it mentions. No DUH! needed.

Mmmmmm what a yummy looking Tuscan chicken recipe. I am definitely making this for myself. I love spinach so adding that to any dish, for me is a plus. We are heading for winter here in South Africa and I am going to be making plenty of 'comfort' meals like this.

Your video shows you add chicken broth but yet in your recipe it does not mention chicken broth at all or how much to use. Is this recipe incomplete? It sure looks good.

This is really easy to make. You could make this in under an hour. Sun dried tomatoes pack a really good flavor punch. I don't like cooked spinach on it's own, but is great in chicken dishes. This is a dish that the whole family would love. A whole pound of pasta for four people is a lot of pasta so I cut down on that.

OHH this tuscan chicken looks so good! Although if I make this at home, I'll also need to make Olive Garden breadsticks. You can't have an Olive Garden dinner without the breadsticks!!
