With this 3-Ingredient "You Call It" Cobbler, you can easily transform this recipe into a dish that makes your favorite fruit the star. Cooking Vessel Size9x13-inch baking dish
- 24 ounces fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (12-ounce) can flavored seltzer water (to complement the fruit you choose)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Arrange cut up fruit on the bottom of the baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix the dry cake mix with the seltzer water until batter is smooth. Spread over the fruit evenly.
Bake for about 1 hour, until cake tests done in the center (insert a toothpick into the center of the cake; it should come out clean).
Serve while warm with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
