15 Minute Stir Fry Noodles
"This 15-minute noodle dinner is part stir fry part Chinese noodles. Kinda like a chow mein but without the chicken. There's a 4 ingredient sauce with ginger, garlic and lots of vegetables and noodles. All ingredients are from Aldi, so it's budget-friendly and uses common pantry ingredients. This noodle stir fry can be eaten hot or cold making it perfect for meal prep and lunches. You can also add extra veggies or chicken or prawns for that extra protein."
