This looks so delectable. I love the way that it is served warm. I'm looking forward to trying it. It's healthy too which I am always looking for. I adore cranberries and try to put them into everything I eat so kudos for the cranberries which is what brought me to the recipe in the first place.

This recipe looks so delicious! I love breakfast casseroles and this one is nice in that it isn't the typical egg and cheese kind. What a great healthy breakfast to make for a crowd, during the holidays or even for a brunch or potluck! I would probably use homemade granola to sprinkle on top instead of boxed cereal. I bet this could be prepared ahead of time or even made in individual ramekins for a fancy yet healthy breakfast! Yumy!

I like cranberries in things. I don't like cranberry sauce. but in bars I do. I am not a fan of yogurt so no. Also, I am not going to go through the trouble of making a wholesome oatmeal dish and putting processed cereal over the top. I love that the sweetener is maple syrup instead of sugar. I like to lower my refined sugar intake when I can.
