Apricot Barbecue Sauce

  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 quart honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. Mix together apricot jam, dried apricots, white wine, honey and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Heat mixture over a medium heat until jam has been melted.
  3. Use sauce over chicken, pork, and lamb.

This is just what I've been needing for pork chops on the grill! I don't like regular ole BBQ sauce on chops.....they need something 'sweetish'. YUM!!!!
