I really like this recipe. Unfortunately, I can't really indulge with this the way I used to. The medication I'm taking is affected by spinach, so I'm limited in my intake. But I'd be happy to whip this one up for family and friends. It's also a great way to use leftover turkey, so I'm definitely going to keep this on file for use in the days following Thanksgiving.
