I love this idea, but I have not been able to find the seasoning at my grocery store. I will look online and see if I can find the potatoes and have them shipped because I really want to try this recipe. It is so stinking cute and delicious looking.

These are so cute. These would be perfect when you have new little potatoes. New potatoes have the creamiest texture. Crumble a little bacon and add to the top. I could make a meal of these. Since skin is thinner on little potatoes, be careful scooping the potato out so it won't rip.
